Remarks:

Dosis azitromiycine: https://www.kinderformularium.nl/geneesmiddel/309/azitromycine NB toenemende resistentie van gram-positieven voor azitromycine.

General comments

Voor een optimale absorptie van flucloxacilline moet de patiënt nuchter zijn. Kan dit niet (bijvoorbeeld bij continue sondevoeding) dan is amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur een betere optie.
